Flight Booking Terms and Conditions

Flight Booking Terms and Conditions

At Tramango, our commitment is to ensure a smooth booking experience for our customers. However, there are certain elements under the control of the airlines. Here's what you need to know:

1. Flight Schedules & Changes:

Airlines may change or cancel flights due to various reasons, such as weather conditions, technical issues, etc. We pledge to notify you of any such changes as soon as we are informed and help you with alternative solutions.

Always verify your flight's scheduled departure time before your travel day.

2. Seating:

Seat allocation is at the discretion of the airline. While we facilitate pre-booking of seats, we can't guarantee specific seat availability.

3. Roundtrip Flights:

If you don't take the outward flight in a roundtrip booking, airlines may cancel the return flight without offering a refund.

4. Special or Charter Flights:

Details such as the airline, flight schedule, type of aircraft, itinerary, and stops provided are indicative and subject to change. Always check relevant Rules and Restrictions.

5. Ancillary Charges:

Some airlines might charge additionally for meals, baggage, preferred seating, etc. While we inform you of these, the final decision and charges lie with the airline.

6. Traveling with Children:

Ensure you adhere to airline policies regarding child carriage. Non-compliance might lead to additional charges or inconvenience during travel.

7. Hazardous Materials:

Carrying hazardous materials is generally prohibited on flights. Ensure you're aware of the items you pack.

8. Combined One-Way Tickets:

You can opt for two separate one-way tickets instead of a roundtrip. However, each ticket has its own set of rules, and any changes to one might incur costs for the other.

9. Loyalty Programs:

Our platform doesn't support the redemption of air miles or vouchers from loyalty programs.

10. Operating Airlines:

Sometimes, flights booked with one airline might be operated by a partner airline. It's essential to check the operating airline details while booking.

11. No-Show or Cancellation:

If you miss your flight or cancel, you might still be entitled to a refund for airport taxes and fees. Reach out to us, and we'll liaise with the airline for you.

12. Airline Liability:

The airline's liability for various scenarios like death, personal injury, and other damages is typically restricted by international conventions and their own terms.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Always ensure to read and understand these points and reach out if you have any concerns. Safe travels!
